Back: Ruth, Donna Front: Kim, Sally, Diane
While Dave, Bob and Kathy are on the road working hard,
our office staff is busy preparing proposals, bids and providing customer service. This valuable support staff is a main
reason for the efficiency and professionalism of our company.
Ruth Williams
is the Secretary-Treasurer of the corporation and has managed the office since the beginning of David Williams
& Associates in 1988. She makes sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. If you've been out hiking on a trail somewhere, she'd love to hear about it.
Donna Essick has been with the company since 1988 also.
Donna processes the orders and prepares them for entry with our suppliers. Have a question about specifications? She also heads up the development of bid specs for various projects.
Kim Palmer is our primary playground designer using the latest
AutoCAD programs. Kim has come up with some pretty neat designs and never ceases to amaze us with her creativity and keen eye for art. She has been with us since 1992.
Diane Johnston in the beginning of 2000, became a member of our team.
Diane is in charge of accounts payable and receivable. If you've gotten a letter of an account past due - call her she doesn't bite and well if we owe you money - the check is in the mail. She also coordinates our playground installation by our GameTime Certified Installers.
Eddie Williams has "formally" been a fulltime member of our team since the end of 2001.
If you are looking to talk skate parks, then he is the man to talk to. If Eddie isn't designing & selling Skateparks & Spraygrounds, he
is busy maintaining our computer network and software systems. As a GameTime certified installer he sometimes sneaks out during the day to help a customer with an installation problem.
Sally Gansel joined David Williams & Associates in the middle of 2003.
Sally's always busy with bid work, helping Ruth and Kim. No matter how busy she is, she always makes time to pull a practical
joke on one of us. She also heads up our lead management and construction reports programs.
Erin Stone is glad to be back at David Williams & Associates!
Erin first appeared here 1999 and 2000...and then disappeared to college. Erin now is our legal beagal and is busy helping Kim with
playground proposals. Request a Catalog from us and Erin will be glad to send it too!
